CANCELLATION POLICY
When canceling or rescheduling an appointment, a 24-hour notice is required, otherwise resulting in a 50% charge Deposits are non-refundable and can be transferred only once (ex. if you reschedule more than once, another deposit will need to be paid) Same-day cancellations and no-show appointments will be charged 70% of that service You may reschedule your appointment up to 2 times, after the second time, there will be a result in a cancellation There is a 15-minute grace period. After 30 minutes, the appointment will be canceled and charged 70%
